Flight Sim

Aviation, Delivered to You!

Flight simulators, VR, and drones set up right in your gym, your rec center, or your community space. We bring the whole experience to you.

HOW A VISIT WORKS

You bring the kids. We bring everything else.

1. Request your date. Tell us about your group and your space.

2. We arrive and set up. About 60 minutes, fully self-contained. We bring the gear, the tech, and the team.

3. Students rotate through stations. Timed rotations, hands-on the entire time.

4. We pack up and go. No cleanup, no leftover equipment, nothing for you to manage.

WHAT STUDENTS DO

Five stations. One unforgettable day.

✈️ Flight Simulators — Students take the controls, taxi, take off, and land on real flight-sim setups.

🥽 VR Aviation — Step into the cockpit and into the sky through virtual reality.

🚁 Drone Flight — Learn to pilot drones through hands-on challenges and mini-missions.

🔬 Hands-On Flight Science — Discover what actually makes an aircraft fly, then test it.

🎯 Aviation Careers — Meet the real jobs in aviation and aerospace: pilots, drone operators, mechanics, air traffic controllers, engineers, and more.

WHO IT'S FOR

Built for elementary, middle, and high school age groups and flexible enough for nearly any setting.

Schools · Youth organizations · Recreation centers · After-school programs · Faith-based youth groups · STEM/STEAM nights · Community events and gatherings

We scale to your group size, your time slot, and your space.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

We're fully mobile, but here's what makes a visit run smoothly:

  • We're flexible on space. Ideal is a gym, cafeteria, or multipurpose room (roughly 1,200+ sq ft), but we run a compact version in a large classroom (~600–800 sq ft).

  • Smartboard monitors if you have them; if not, we can work around that.

  • Access to standard power outlets

  • No Wi-Fi needed; we bring our own

  • About 60 minutes before and after for setup and teardown

  • Adult supervision from your staff during the event

Not sure if your space works? Just ask — we've set up in gyms, cafeterias, classrooms, churches, and parking lots.

LEARNING THAT COUNTS

Every visit connects to real learning: career exploration, the physics of flight, technology, and problem-solving aligned with Ohio's science standards and the Ohio Learning Standards for Science.

Students don't just have fun. They leave with new skills, new vocabulary, and a new sense of what's possible.

COST

Affordable, flexible, and built for your budget.

Every group is different, so we work with you to find something that fits. A fully free visit isn't something we can offer; running a mobile lab requires real equipment, trained staff, and travel, but we keep our pricing accessible, and we'll always do our best to make it work for your community.

Want to bring the lab to a group that can't cover the full cost? If you have a sponsor who can fund a Lab Day for your students we will work with them.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How much space do you need? About 1500 sq ft indoors works great. Drone activities can run indoors in a larger room. Tell us your space, and we'll confirm the fit.

How long is a visit? Most visits run 4 – 8 hours. We'll tailor the length to your schedule and group size.

How many students can participate? We've served groups from 15 to 55. We rotate students through stations in small groups so everyone gets hands-on time.

What does it cost? Pricing depends on your group size, location, and length of visit. Reach out, and we'll give you a clear quote, and we'll talk through sponsorship if cost is a barrier.

Do you travel to us? How far? Yes, we come to you. We serve Central Ohio and surrounding areas. Outside that range? Ask us; we may still be able to make it work.

Is it safe? Absolutely. All activities are supervised by our trained team, equipment is sanitized between groups, and drone and VR activities follow strict safety guidelines.

What age groups do you work with? Elementary, middle, and high school. We adjust the activities and difficulty to match.

Indoor or outdoor? Simulators and VR run indoors; drones can go indoors or out.
