About The Event
Empowering the Next Generation of Women in Aviation & STEM
ElevateHer Flight & STEM Day is a hands-on, high-impact experience designed to introduce girls and young women, especially those from underserved and underrepresented communities, to careers in aviation and STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math).
Hosted by the Urban Aviators Society, this one-day immersive event exposes participants to real pilots, aviation professionals, engineers, and STEM leaders while giving them the chance to see themselves in careers they may never have considered.
